I do not have Nationwide insurance, but the people that hit us did. I hate to give a glowing report to an insurance company, but when you have dealt with 2 in the past 2 years all I can say is that Nationwide is awesome. I had permanent damage from the first accident that really changed a lot of my life and caused continuing pain and was offered very poor compensation even with a lawyer. Travelers insurance caused me so much trouble and mental anguish it was hard to see a light at the end of the tunnel. With the last accident, Nationwide, on the other hand has been super helpful from the beginning. They dont treat us like a piece of gum on the bottom of their shoe and I cant express how much I appreciate that.

I have received great customer service from Brian and others here for many years. I have car. motorcycle, homeowners and an umbrella policy with this agency. The value of the accessibility , friendliness, responsiveness and overall customer service either through text or face-to-face at any time is extremely valuable to me. I’d much rather do business with these folks than talk to people I don’t know on the phone. It might be possible to go to other places and save a few dollars (or maybe not) but it’s not worth it in the long run. When stopping by the office, Bryan has dropped what he’s doing to take care of something for me. This agency will do the same for you.

In a world where customer service seems to be non existent or at the most a bare minimum, I was recently proven wrong. A situation occured and I was told via a letter that an insurance policy was not going to be renewed stating negligence on my part as I had not provided needed paperwork and photos. Of course I was confused as I never received a request asking for any of these things. I called CRIG and spoke with Rebecca. She patiently listened and we discussed the situation in detail. Rebecca immediately started working on my problem and kept in constant communication about what was going on and what I needed to do to assist to help get my policy back in order. Her level of customer service is unmatached. She truly went the extra mile to resolve my issue. Five stars for this level of service. Glad to know it is still out there. Thank you Rebecca.

Beth is absolutely the BEST. I had done customer service for 29 years from being a service advisor in a dealership for over 10 years to18 years in a company that made custom furnishing where a dining table retails for $10,000. In either field you are dealing with very expensive merchandise/vehicles. All the while you are remembering that "the customer is always right" and when they absolutely are not you have to convince them against all odds that yes they are wrong and make them believe it!! Beth is this kind of person- I have had insurance with Nationwide since at LEAST 1982! Beth is the only person i want to deal with because she is wonderful, caring and very knowledgeable about every aspect of any kind of insurance. She doesn't need 5 stars because she is a 10!!

Made a mistake on a house with my plumbing business and my old insurance dropped me, this team took me when no one else would, so I dropped everything commercial auto, liability, business, and personal and went all in with them, there always there for questions if I have them, -and they have been great.

Just want to give a 👍 to Brian Rose and the Catawba River Insurance Group. Last August I moved full time to Hickory after selling my home in Florida. Brian helped me navigate the changes in not only in my home policy to reflect it as my primary residence, but also helped me bundle my newly NC register Subaru to my home policy, thus getting a better rate. But the biggest help from Brian and the CRGI came just a month later when the winds of Hurricane Helene took out my carpet and tree by me house. Brian not only showed up the same day, but arranged with the insurance adjuster to be at my house by the end of the week, and within two weeks, I had the money from the approved claim in my bank account!

Called in with a couple of things that need to be changed on my policy. Spoke with Tiffany very helpful very friendly.
