Operations Manager, Agent

Brittany is the Operations Manager, full-time Mom & part-time Agent. A former Nationwide claims adjuster, she now services clients as a valued Risk Advisor for The CRIG. She transitioned from claims to the agency in 2018. Along with managing the Blowing Rock agency, Brittany is the Commercial Insurance Specialist and also manages personal lines accounts for long-term clients. She holds a Trusted Risk Advisor designation which provides the additional knowledge needed to support commercial clients in properly insuring their business risks & managing loss control measures. Married to Ethan & residing in the blue ridge mountains of Blowing Rock, NC, they just welcomed their first baby boy in August 2025. They love their 2 dogs Huck & Reece who couldn't be more different in personality & size. Brittany loves traveling, all things sports, and being on the golf course with her husband. The Carolina Tarheels are her favorite team to cheer on, alongside the Panthers & Hurricanes.
